Big Fish

If there is one film I love the most, it is Big Fish. This film directed by the wonderful director, Tim Burton, shows the power of imagination and how it can change a regular story into an adventure full of magic and love. The thing I like the most is the mixture between real world and Burton's world that cohexist in the mind of the protagonist. For me, the ideas of the film are really close related to the magic realism of Latinamerican writers like Gabriel Garcia Marquez, what make this film a fantastic masterpiece.

Internet for Refugees

The internet is one of the most used tools by the 21st century people. It existance is so needed by many people that it compared to water. As a result, it is regular that refugees also want it due to its easy way to communicate with their families. The internet posses multifarious uses such as long distance contact, unlimited knowledge and infinite entertaiment, thus people who have moved from their land due to wars can establish contact with their relatives around the world.

Homesickness

Homesickness in College students is an issue that some people suffer when they are living far from home for first time. In this case, you can miss your family, your friends or even your town, but nothing is lost at all, some new experiences are waiting to come.

What you must know to overcome homesickness is that you are going to become more selfdependent,  a necessary feeling to grow up. On the othe hand, your are not alone! There are some people like you, so you can get support from them, the same way you can help them as well. As a result, you end up making new friends and feeling less homesick.

New year

This year I have started working for the first time in my life. It has been difficult to adapt me and get control under much pressure, but I have got it!

First of all, I wanted a job to save money and study abroad next year. Even when I have to work only on weekends, tiredness does not let me study as much as I did last year and that is the worst part. Being a waiter is an exhausting job that I do not recommend if you really do not need money.

Otherwise, salary is the most important part and the benefit of your hard working. Next year, I will not need to work, so I will spend all the saved money traveling and having the best Erasmus experience. In addition, money can make your life easier, but now time is required to enjoy it.

To sum up, working and studying at the same time have as much advantages as disadvantages in the present, but not in the future, which will be better.
